Lemon Pepper Vinagrette

It doesn't get easier than this simple flavourful salad dressing. The oil in vinagrette is essential for our bodies to effectively digest the nutrients from vegetables.


INGREDIENTS


3 tbsp olive oil

1 lemon, juiced

2 pinches of salt

2 pinches of pepper


METHOD


1

Combine all ingredients and whisk thoroughly, or shake in a leak proof container


STORE

Olive oil with harden in the cool of the fridge. After storing, let sit or warm gently in a warm water bath to liquify. Shake well before serving again.
